I just updated the post to clarify exactly what the back-workouts are. Essentially it&#039;s 3 sets of supermans with anywhere from 2-5 repetitions per set, and 2-3 sets of bird dog with repetitions of 4-10. Do these 3 days a week, either the same day as you do the push ups, or on alternate days depending with what your comfortable with. I personally like to do them the same day as the push ups/pull ups/planks workout, but some people might find it easier to do them on alternate days. Hops that helps!
