I agree that it&#039;s definitely easy nowadays to get pulled into being overly vain. It just means that we need to keep reminding ourselves the important reasons for why we train.

		<description>This is a great post.  You are correct in pointing out that we stay in shape and continue to train for everyday life.  I think it&#039;s easy for people to lose sight of that and go more towards the vanity side of things because normally people wont need to do things like what Jason Oglesbee.  It&#039;s good to remember and to remind ourselves of what is truly important about staying in shape, working out and training.</description>
