This article is an excellent example of this, since Rusty would probably tell you that the key to six pack abs is lowering your body fat and I&#039;m saying that lowering your body fat alone isn&#039;t enough. 

On top of that, could you name any other fitness site in existence that discusses Prolotherapy and Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy for healing soft tissue injuries, and doesn&#039;t routinely post pictures of half naked men and women and promote vanity? Could you name any other fitness site that advises people not to obsess over their body fat? If anything, I take a completely different approach to fitness than anyone else out there.

Lastly, one of my very first posts on this site was about the body weight military workouts that you say I should write about. Here&#039;s an &lt;a href=&quot;http://thefitnessadviser.com/2009/06/the-basics/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;example&lt;/a&gt; of that.
